The Bible Teachings Series

The "Bible Teachings Series" is a series of self-study Bible study booklets that help you learn the basics of God's Word at home. Call St. Mark at 825-7455, say you'd like to study the Bible Teachings Series, and we'll send you the first volume entitled Jesus the Christ.  After you've finished reading and filling out the booklet, return it to us and we'll send you the next volume. There are 24 volumes in all. Titles include:
  We will cover the cost of sending the booklets to you. A certificate will be sent to those who complete the Series. Better yet, you will have learned a great deal of God's saving love for you in Christ and his will for your life!

Christianity 101

 A course for people interested in becoming members of St. Mark, or for people who just want study the basic teachings of the Bible in an open, friendly, low-pressure, no-obligation setting. Great as a refresher for long time Christians, too.  CALL FOR TIMES AND LOCATIONS.
4 Key Concepts: Four, 60-minute sessons studying four Bible words from Ephesians 2:1-10 that are key to understanding what Jesus did and how we are saved: Sin, Grace, Faith, and Works. Faith Builders: Six, 90-minute sessions that build on the 4 Key Concepts.  Lessons include: What is the Bible?, How do I read the Bible?, Who is the one true God?, Jesus Christ - Prophet, Priest and King, What is Baptism?, and What is the Lord's Supper? Growing in Grace and Knowledge: Ten, 90-minute sessions that study sections of Scripture that cover most of the remaining major points of the Christian faith: Evangelism, Christian Living, Church, Family, Prayer, Stewardship, The World, and Worship.
